Returns and Responsibilities

At EuroAging.com we want to offer our customers an optimum on-line consulting, sale and after-sale service. For this reason we have selected an interesting range of antiage products for healthy aging, and an optimal cosmetic line for face and body care.

We put emphasis and dedication when preparing the parcels to be sent. However, should any inconvenience occur in an order, even if one product is damaged, included by mistake or there is any reason for which we are responsible, we will take the necessary measures to proceed with its immediate replacement, completely free of charge.

Should the customer not be satisfied upon receiving his order, he can exercise the right of return within a period of seven days from the date of the parcel reception.
In order to give way to the return procedures, all products must be intact, in their original packaging and with their corresponding seal.
The cost of shipping and collecting the merchandise will be assumed by the customer.
Upon receiving the goods, and after having checked the same, we will proceed to the refund of the amount paid by the customer.

In both cases mentioned above, we ask the customer to get in contact with us within seven days from the date of receipt of your package, in any of the following ways:

  • In addition, if the package is returned to us (sender) by the Customs of the customer's country, and only if the parcel is in optimal condition, the money will be refunded to the customer.
    However, the actual cost of the shipment will be deducted, even if the package had been sent free of charge.
